The Platform

What is Signal & Spark Golf Ops?
Signal & Spark Golf Ops is a connected operating platform for golf clubs. It pairs an ops dashboard for the team with a branded member app for tee times, events, reservations, course access, push notifications, and food ordering.
How do the ops dashboard and member app relate?
They are two sides of the same platform. Members book, reserve, order, and respond in the app; the team sees that context in the Golf Ops dashboard, kitchen tab, reservation standup, daily debrief, campaigns, and reporting.
Is the member app branded as our club?
Yes. The app is white-labeled per club with your name, logo, palette, and member experience. Members experience it as your club's app.

Getting Started

What does onboarding look like?
We start by mapping your tee sheet, reservations, food service, events, member data, marketing workflows, inventory, and existing tools. Then we configure the dashboard and member app around how your club actually operates.
Do you integrate with the tools we already use?
Yes. Golf Ops is designed to connect with tee sheet, point-of-sale, payments, reservations, email, social, scheduling, and analytics tools so you do not have to rip and replace systems that already work.

Data & Trust

Who owns our data?
You do. Your operational, member, and customer data belongs to your club. We use it to power your dashboard and app, you can export it, and we do not sell it or share it with competitors.
How do the automated insights work?
Golf Ops uses your own operational data to power the daily debrief, reservation standup, forecasts, inventory watchpoints, and campaign suggestions. The goal is clear guidance grounded in what is happening at your club.
